Article 2 [BGM Download Tracks]

• Provided audio: BGM, sound effects, etc.
• Users: Annual/monthly pass holders, monthly auto-billing subscribers, and per-track license purchasers
• All rights related to copyright and sales: 100% owned by SellBuyMusic Inc.
• The licensed audio guarantees that it does not infringe upon the copyrights or other legally protected rights of any third party other than the seller and purchaser.
• Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded audio in accordance with Article 5 [Scope of Service] of the Terms of Use and the conditions of each license.

Article 3 [BGM Usage Scope]

• The usage scope of downloaded BGM follows “MusicFlat Inc. SellBuyMusic Terms of Use Article 5 [Scope of Service].” Members may only use BGM within the limits defined by the type and conditions of their purchased license.
• For insertion into commercial content—such as releases, sales, paid transfers, or postings in public venues—separate consultation is required.

Article 4 [BGM Usage Restrictions]

• Transferring or gifting downloaded audio to others (individuals, groups, companies) whether paid or unpaid, or duplicating it for distribution
• Providing downloaded audio as an independent upload or streaming service to third parties via network transmission
• Reproducing, excerpting, editing, and selling the audio in formats such as music or physical albums
• Using content as training data for AI models
• Reselling downloaded audio as a second-hand product on open markets
• Uploading and sharing downloaded audio on P2P sites, portal sites, or other public platforms
• Using audio as an MR (backing track) except for simple edits (cutting, volume adjustment, fade-in/out), or adding instruments and selling the result
• Performing downloaded audio in public or publishing recordings of such performances

Article 5 [License Purchase and Re-Download Guide]

• All SellBuyMusic licenses may be purchased multiple times.
• Purchasing multiple monthly auto-billing licenses does not automatically cancel existing subscriptions; they may be cancelled manually in My Page at any time.
• Subscription benefits are provided per company policy and may be subject to change.
• Downloaded tracks may be viewed in “My Page – Downloads” and are stored for one year.
• Re-downloads are allowed on up to three devices per ID.
• Tracks downloaded via monthly auto-billing may be re-downloaded within one year from the initial download date only while the subscription remains active.
• Tracks downloaded via per-track purchase may be re-downloaded within one year regardless of subscription status.
• Re-download rights expire upon service termination or account deletion.

Article 6 [Subscription Cancellation and Refund (Paid Transactions)]

• Refunds are not available for single-track purchases. Subscription cancellation and refunds follow the rules below.
• Payment cancellation (withdrawal of purchase)
• Within 7 days from the subscription/payment date, cancellation is available only if there is no usage history of services defined in Article 1 [Scope of Paid Services].
• However, for mobile carrier payments, cancellation is only possible for payments made within the same month. Even if the above conditions are met, cancellations cannot be processed after the billing month.
• Subscription cancellation
• If cancellation is requested after 7 days from the payment date, auto-billing ends on the next billing date, and services remain available until the next billing date.
